Banana Tahini Smoothie


Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 1/3 c. old fashioned oats, uncooked
  • 1 tbsp tahini paste
  • 1 cup milk, 2% (or your other favorite milk product)

Directions

Night before:1. Slice bananas and stick them in the freezer

Morning:
-Combine all ingredients.

Blend until smooth. Should be almost milkshake consistency, so you may want to use a wide straw 🙂

Serving Size: Makes 1 large serving (about 2 1/2 cups)
