- 2 bananas
- 1/3 c. old fashioned oats, uncooked
- 1 tbsp tahini paste
- 1 cup milk, 2% (or your other favorite milk product)
Night before:1. Slice bananas and stick them in the freezer
-Combine all ingredients.
Blend until smooth. Should be almost milkshake consistency, so you may want to use a wide straw 🙂
Serving Size: Makes 1 large serving (about 2 1/2 cups)
